How do I create an account?

You can sign up using Google One-Tap or Apple Sign-In. Open the app or visit namo.snth.ai/signup and tap "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple."

How do tokens work?

Tokens are used to generate AI photos and videos. Each generation consumes a certain number of tokens depending on the quality tier and output type. You can check your token balance in the app dashboard.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To change or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or manage them through the App Store app.

My generation failed. What should I do?

If a generation fails, the tokens are not deducted from your balance. Try again with a different image or prompt. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How can I request a refund?

Since payments are processed through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any in-app purchase.
